SENIOR KITTED
Origin
The Vipers were founded in 2015 and with the help of all the clubs members became an established team in the northwest. Early struggles came during their first season like any new club branching out into a new sport completely alien to them. After a disappointing first season it took the final game of the season for the Vipers to scrape their first win against the Galway Warriors.

IAFL 2 Champions 2016
An incredible turnaround from year one to year two turned the Vipers from undesirable to undefeated winning every game leading to the first trophy the Vipers had won… the IAFL championship.

Donaghy Group Invational Cup Champions!
When American Football Ireland has cancelled the 2021 season as the fears of the Covid-19 pandemic were still alive around the country, it took the Vipers to hold an invitational tournament consisting of the Antrim Jets, Causeway Giants and NI Razorbacks. A 22-13 victory over the Antrim Jets followed by a 30-0 forfeit over the Jets. A big win over the Causeway Giants in week 3 slotted the Vipers a place in the final against the Jets at home. A 14-6 win crowned the Vipers the Donaghy Group Invitational Cup Champions!

WELCOME TO THE VIPER PIT
After years of trouble trying to secure a permanent home ground after the floods in Drumahoe left their old home ground destroyed, the Vipers finally secured a new home pitch. The Vale Centre in Greysteel is now where the Vipers reside and will do so for many years to come.
